The vacation rental is located in Seibranz, a neighborhood of Bad Wurzach. It sits on a ridge formed by the Ice Age Rhine Glacier, featuring the highest point in the surrounding area, the Wachbühl (791 m). From there and from nearby Zeil Castle, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the expansive Alpine panorama. Seibranz is situated in the heart of the Upper Swabia-Allgäu-Lake Constance region and is therefore an excellent starting point for numerous and varied activities that allow you to discover and appreciate the diversity and uniqueness of all three regions in their entirety.

5-star vacation rental with a spacious living/dining area and open-concept kitchen, including a breakfast bar.
Three tastefully decorated bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one with an additional crib) and one twin bedroom. Beautiful, modern, and spacious bathroom with a corner bathtub and a rain shower in the walk-in shower area.
Large terrace/garden area for exclusive use with a fireplace grill, a swing set, a climbing frame, a slide, a sandbox, and a playhouse. There is also a ping-pong table and a small pool (2x3x0.70 m) available.



On-site costs: Pricing scale: For occupancy of one bedroom, 115 EUR/night. For occupancy of two bedrooms, 135 EUR/night. For three bedrooms: 155 EUR/night; 10% surcharge for short stays up to and including 3 nights; 5% discount for stays of 14 nights or more; children up to and including 5 years of age stay free; visitor’s tax included; Minimum stay: 2 nights
