This modern and cozy apartment is located on the first floor and sleeps 2 people. You enter the apartment through a spacious entryway that offers plenty of storage space. The open-concept living area features a comfortable TV nook with a stove (heating source), a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped, brand-new kitchen. Adjacent to the living area are the bedroom and the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A TV and Wi-Fi are also available. A door in the living area leads to the southwest-facing terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing. There is an ample supply of fresh towels and bed linens.

The vacation rental is located in a vacation home that comprises two separate living units. The upstairs vacation rental, which offers two bedrooms, can also be booked through the portal. It is accessible via an outdoor staircase. This gives you the opportunity to vacation with your entire family or friends.

From the vacation rental, you can quickly reach numerous hiking and biking trails, and winter sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy in the nearby ski areas (Lachtal, Kreischberg). Quaint mountain huts invite you to linger. Racing fans can reach the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg within a 20-minute drive. Lake Wörthersee, the beautiful city of Klagenfurt, and the provincial capital of Graz are approximately 60 minutes away by car. Southern Styria and Vienna are also ideal destinations for day trips.
The Aqualux Therme and the public swimming pools in Fohnsdorf and Judenburg are just a 15-minute drive away. A beautifully landscaped natural swimming pond is just a short drive away in Pöls. Supermarkets and other shopping options can also be found in nearby Pöls, and inns are located in the immediate vicinity.
