Your fully equipped residence on the 1st floor of the villa is accessible by elevator and features state-of-the-art technology. The apartment features a kitchen-living room with high-quality kitchen appliances, including an induction stove, a Bora range hood, and a Siemens fridge-freezer combination. The living area with a TV offers you a direct and varied view of Lake Constance. The large south-facing balcony is directly accessible from both the living area and one of the three bedrooms. In total, you have access to three balconies with views of the lake or the mature trees.

All three spacious bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet; the other rooms share another spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. The accommodation offers ideal conditions for achieving a modern work-life balance and features excellent internet for your home office while on vacation. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with other vacation rentals.

Here you’ll find a private beach, a cozy fire pit with a wood-fired grill, and spacious lounging areas where you can choose between sun and shade as you please. For water sports enthusiasts, the property also features its own boat dock and a boat ramp (without a winch), which can be used by arrangement for boats with a total trailer width of up to 2.20 m (use subject to water levels).

As a special highlight for your well-being, we are pleased to introduce an exclusive enhancement to your stay: our newly redesigned wellness area with a modern shower invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in a private atmosphere. To allow you to relax fully without feeling rushed, we offer this sauna package at a flat rate for the entire duration of your stay. In addition, we provide you with a membership card for free access to a fitness center in nearby Lindau. This way, you can enjoy the freedom to flexibly integrate wellness and fitness into your vacation days at your own pace.

Two parking spaces are reserved for you on the property, and you can securely store your bicycles and e-bikes in the designated shelter, which is equipped with electrical outlets. If you require additional parking, this must be arranged in advance.

The property is situated directly on the popular circular bike path around Lake Constance, via which nearby attractions—such as the historic island of Lindau or the beautiful lakeside promenade in Langenargen—are less than a 30-minute bike ride away, with virtually no inclines.You’ll be sharing the building and garden in this health resort with the owner’s family. Therefore, parties and boisterous celebrations are not permitted at this idyllic retreat for those seeking relaxation.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important Information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem.
