Sliding windows open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors, with stunning Canal views.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.

Both the bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and are elegantly decorated. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The apartment also has a Maids room set up with a Single bed, perfect for accommodating your house-help, if you're travelling with family.

The powder bathroom, Maid's Room bathroom and two main bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. There is 24-hour security and a dedicated parking spot available too.

Located in the vibrant Al Wasl / Al Safa neighbourhood, this area offers the perfect mix of peaceful residential living and easy city access. Guests are just minutes from City Walk, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach, Safa Park, and Dubai Water Canal. The neighbourhood is filled with trendy cafés, popular restaurants, supermarkets, and boutique shopping spots, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, Dubai Mall Metro station, is just a 10 minute drive.

DXB Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 12 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 20 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
