The large terrace is the absolute centerpiece of the “Ocean King” apartment—whether it’s relaxed barbecue evenings, morning coffee, or sunbathing; there’s something for everyone here!

The open, stylishly furnished living area with its panoramic windows is a true haven of comfort. It offers a breathtaking view of the ocean in every season. To make the cozy atmosphere perfect, a sofa suite is provided. Here, you can make yourself comfortable in front of a crackling fireplace with a glass of wine. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The living area opens directly onto the kitchen and dining area, which also offers a view of the sea—you can’t get any closer to the ocean than this! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything a culinary enthusiast could desire. The open-concept layout makes it possible to combine cozy get-togethers with preparing delicious meals.

Three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows—which can be darkened with curtains—and comfortable box-spring beds promise restful nights. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The bathrooms are bright and modern, and with a rain shower, whirlpool tub, and heated floors, they guarantee total relaxation.

The “Ocean King” apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the area.
