above Gera Lario with a magnificent lake and mountain view. Here you can enjoy
peace and nature and at the same time the proximity to the lake and beaches. The spacious

recommended for groups of friends or a larger family, also with children.

Up steps is a shared large sun terrace with open fireplace and dining table furniture.

The property is also occupied by the family, hospitable, warm and accommodating, they have small dogs,
who love visitors and settle into the hearts of the children.

The holiday home is located in Montemezzo, above Gera Lario in typical Lombard style and beautiful lake
and mountain view from the outside areas. You can enjoy your peace and quiet here and still be within a few
minutes from the lake with beaches, water sports, supermarkets, restaurants and bars,
a good starting point for hiking or mountain biking.
The friendly landlords also live in the house.

There is public parking on fixed parking spaces to the side.
