Our inviting, high-quality vacation apartments are quietly situated among meadows and woods on a cul-de-sac. Whether it’s the white Baltic Sea beach or the idyllic Achterwasser with its thatched-roof houses—everything is just a few minutes away on foot or by bike, whichever you prefer.
The ground-floor apartments naturally feature 2 bedrooms. The upper-floor apartments have up to 3 bedrooms. A large, bright living area opens onto an open-concept kitchen and dining area. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. On the first floor, the sun-drenched, spacious living area opens onto a covered terrace, and on the upper floor, an inviting balcony overlooks the Achterwasser. *** fuersie2009

In the apartments, you can reflect on the day’s experiences in the comfortable armchairs or seating areas, or relax in front of our large flat-screen TVs while watching a movie. The covered terraces and large balconies with views all the way to the Achterwasser invite you to linger.
In the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, along with plenty of kitchen utensils—preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner becomes a shared pleasure.

Thanks to the central location, every conceivable leisure activity is within easy reach.
The white Baltic Sea beach or the Achterwasser are just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
Bike rentals and a horseback riding stable are about 200 meters away.
Go for a walk or jog directly from the house to the Baltic Sea beach or the Achterwasser through meadows and forests. Wellness, sauna, water sports, or fishing are available right in town or in a neighboring town.
An internationally recognized 18-hole golf course is located in the town of Balm, about 15 km away.

The non-smoking apartment features a large, bright living room with an open dining and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds—all equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses, plus ample storage space. The fully equipped, brand-name built-in kitchen—complete with a ceramic cooktop, oven, high-quality pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and much more—leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, and ample counter space. On the first floor, the sunny living room—floored with terracotta tiles—opens onto a south-west-facing covered terrace with garden furniture that invites you to relax.
For the little ones, a free crib and a high chair are available upon request.
A bike shed and a free parking space right next to the house are, of course, included.
