Welcome to Fox Farms at Bear Creek, your perfect all seasons retreat on 40 acres in Allegan, MI. Our transformed 1920’s spacious barn (2,128 square feet) features a hot tub and sauna for your relaxation. Enjoy farm-fresh chicken eggs and meet our friendly alpacas.



Located just 25 mins from Holland, Saugatuck, and wineries, along with a nearby casino, golf courses, and state wildlife/game areas, you’ll have plenty to explore amidst beautiful spring scenery. Come for a peaceful getaway!



The Space:

The space

★ THE LOFT ★

The third story of this home has a loft that overlooks the second story of the house. This “third bedroom” has 2 king-size beds.



★ OUTSIDE INFO ★

Outside of the home, there is a 6-person sauna, 6-person hot tub, and fire pit. There are also chickens on-site, with farm-fresh eggs available for guests. NOTE: Eggs may not be available during certain times of the year.



★ ON-SITE PARKING ★

The property can easily fit multiple cars.



Guest access

This is a private 40-acre property that is 100% for guest use only. You will have access to everything except the pole barn, which is the property owner's private storage unit.

This remote property provides a great opportunity to unplug and unwind! You’ll have access to high-speed fiber/Wi-Fi, and while cell service can be limited depending on your carrier, Wi-Fi calling and messaging work seamlessly.



★ WILDLIFE DISCLAIMER ★

While we maintain very high level cleaning standards, this remote farm/ranch is filled with amazing wildlife - as well as our beautiful farm animals! You may experience bugs or other wildlife on our property.



★ DISCREPANCIES ★

If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after the facts or for anything outside our control - examples are acts of God.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire three bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and all living areas. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor amenities, including the fire pit, hot tub, and sauna, which are available for your relaxation. Free parking is provided on the premises for your convenience.

For those seeking entertainment, a local casino is conveniently nearby, and the area is home to several scenic golf courses and state wildlife and game areas perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you are looking to relax by our private fire pit or head out to explore the wineries and trails of the region, our location provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.



Getting Around:

Getting to our rural retreat is easiest by car, as public transportation options are limited in the Allegan area. We provide ample free parking on the premises, with enough space to easily accommodate multiple vehicles. If you are flying in, the nearest major airport is Gerald R Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, which is approximately a 45 to 50 minute drive from our farm. We recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy the flexibility of exploring the nearby coastal towns and local attractions at your own pace.

Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please note that our property is located in a rural setting on a 40 acre farm. While we maintain high cleaning standards, guests may encounter wildlife or insects common to the area. We provide high speed fiber Wi-Fi, and although cell service can be limited depending on your carrier, Wi-Fi calling is fully supported. Smoking is not permitted on the premises and guests must be at least 25 years old to book. If you notice any issues with the property or amenities upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can assist you. The pole barn on the property is private and not for guest use. Guests are responsible for agreeing to all house rules prior to their stay.
