House rules:

1. By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to these House Rules on behalf of everyone in their party.
2. No pets. If evidence of pets is found, a non-refundable $400 fee will be charged, pets must be removed immediately, and the reservation may be terminated.
3. No smoking or vaping of any sort anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $200 per day fee.
4. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may incur a $20 per person fee.
5. Exterior security cameras are in use for guest and property safety.
6. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain at the property throughout the stay.
7. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
8. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
9. Guests use all amenities- including the pool, fire pit, grill, sports courts, and sports equipment - at their own risk. Children must be supervised.
10. Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in additional fees, termination of the reservation, or removal from the property in accordance with VRBO policies.
