Luxury dream family getaway! New Build-Mountain views-Spacious-Games Galore

Welcome to Wayside! Our 5-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to NC high country. Our home boasts amazing views of Grandfather Mountain from upper and lower decks. With comfortable chairs and doors that acordain back to provide an open air experience, you just might never leave your comfortable adirondack chair. If you can pull yourself away from the view, head downstairs to play pool, shuffleboard, darts, or a boardgame. Enjoy movetime or the big game on the 98 inch TV in the theater room. Maybe ping pong is your game. Head down another level to enjoy ping pong or step outside and play cornhole. After an afternoon or evening of games, then a few more steps to the firepit to relax by the fire and roast some marshmellows.

If walking or hiking is the name of the game, then you have come to a hikers paradise! You can walk for miles through the Seven Devils community and even a couple of hiking trails out right out the door. Hiking trails are everywhere! Hike Grandfather Mountain, Julian Price Memorial Park, Moses Cone Park, Linville Gorge, or trails along the Parkway. Hiking distances from less than 1 mile to big hikes with big elevation gain, the options are endless.

Adventures along with good eats, breweries and wineries are plenty! Grandfather Winery is less than 3 miles from our home. Banner Elk is 15 min, Boone is 25 min and Blowing Rock is 30 min. All boast good food and fun and one if not all almost always some sort of music or festival going on. The orginal Mast General Store is a must while in the area and is only 20 min down the road. Whether hanging out at the house or heading out for fun and adventure, we feel our home is a perfect spot to access all that the area has to offer.

How about snow skiing? We are 15 minutes to Sugar Mountain and 30 Beech Mountain. Within the Seven Devils Community is "Bound for Adventure" which has zip lining in the summer and snow tubing in the winter.

To help you understand the layout of our home, there are 4 king beds and 4 twin beds, You will enjoy 4 floors to relax and unwind and have fun. All 4 bathrooms feature showers and one a tub/shower combination. and hair dryers, making mornings easy and comfortable. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or retreating to your private room, this fabulous home offers a tremendous setting for your getaway. We all love time with family but also need our space. Our home features bedrooms on 3 floors. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the mail level for those who do not prefer to have to navigate steps to go their bedroom. The master suite is upstairs with private bathroom and balcony. The lower level features 1 king bedroom with adjacent bathroom and 1 bedroom complete with 4 twin beds. All the king bedrooms all have their own TV.

Come for a get away with family or friends! You will find something for everyone.
