1. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING ALLOWED!!!

2. GAMES POLICY: The pool table and games (ie chess & checkers) are available upon request. Children must be supervised while using the pool table and games. Any damages or missing items will be reported to VRBO and a fee will be charged to replace the damaged/missing items.

3. BBQ POLICY: The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area is for ADULT USE ONLY! Please make sure that the gas is turned off after use and that the BBQ oven is cleaned and ready for the next guest(s). The outdoor sink is for hand washing ONLY and NO food or trash should go down the drain which will cause severe damage to the plumbing. Any damages will be reported to VRBO and fee will be charged for any damages or missing items.
