The barrier-free 4-star apartment is located in the heart of Willingen on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with elevator and underground parking space. With short walking distances to the town center (100m), this apartment is ideal for short breaks and for families on vacation who value comfort, like to live in the middle of things and want to be able to reach everything within a short distance.
Due to its location at the back of the town hall on a hillside, the apartment is well shielded from the main road by the town hall and Central Hotel and has reduced traffic. On weekends, the center is still quite lively until late in the evening, and on weekdays it is quiet in the evenings.
The modern apartment is furnished to a high standard with individually made carpenter furniture. From the living room and balcony you can look over the roofs of Alt-Willingen to the Ohrenberg ski jump.

Bakery with café; Three restaurants and breakfast options as well as the cult experience restaurant "Don Camillo" (in the former village church) with dancing on the weekend can be found within 100m.
Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-free, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-free filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we list the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties, especially because of the super central location in the town. You can drive from the underground car park right up to the front door of the house. The paths in the house and to the elevator are at ground level. The 90x90cm shower has a 10cm threshold. The balcony door has the usual threshold.
ATTENTION - important information for clubs!!! As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive conviviality" - such as parties, loud music and other exuberant celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors - you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions ()!
No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, groups of twenty-somethings under 30!

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
