Located right on the water with an exceptional view, the Nordland Apartments are situated at the end of the pedestrian zone, right on the popular Sandwall!<br><br>The swimming pool and sauna in the building’s basement are available to you free of charge. There’s also a playroom for younger guests, as well as a washer and dryer (for a fee).<br><br>The apartment itself is located on the first floor/mezzanine. A particular highlight is the direct, east-facing view of the ocean. From here, you can easily watch the action on the beach.<br><br>From the apartment hallway, you can access the large bedroom with a double bed, the modern shower room, and the light-filled living room with a sea view and terrace. The separate kitchen is high-quality, well-equipped, and features a seating area with a sea view. From here, you also have access to another terrace and the second bedroom. The new kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a ceramic cooktop, among other amenities. The shower room is also new and features a shower. Amenities include: large, light-colored tiles and a modern shower stall.<br>Wi-Fi, two TVs, and a DVD player, CD player/radio are, of course, available.
