(Please note: To ensure complete, mutual privacy, the side entrance of the estate is used exclusively by the host family to access the upstairs quarters. The rear yard is fully fenced off for family use, meaning the entire front half of the expansive grounds, lawn, and front patio serve as your own personal sanctuary).
