This is not a standard Airbnb. Multiple living areas, a game room, sauna, two jacuzzis, gas grill, and rooftop terrace — designed for families, large groups, medical visitors, and business travelers who want to feel at home, not just housed.

HONEST OVERVIEW

A few things worth knowing before you book:
• No central A/C. The penthouse stays naturally warm from sunlight on multiple sides. Windows open throughout and a portable fan is available on request. Cochabamba is the City of Eternal Spring — most guests find it comfortable.
• Wi-Fi. Reliable for general use. Occasional drops are common throughout Bolivia and beyond our control. Plan accordingly if your work requires a dedicated stable connection.
• Hot water. Works well under normal use. Allow a few minutes between back-to-back extended showers to reheat.
• Street noise. Ambient street noise is normal. During Carnival, bands occasionally practice in the nearby plaza in the evenings — part of Cochabamba's cultural character and one of the more memorable parts of staying here.
• Electricity. All outlets are 220V. A few 110V outlets are available — confirm before plugging in devices. Universal adapters available on request. Plugging the wrong device into the wrong outlet can cause damage — please ask if unsure.
• Sauna. Gas-operated steam room. Before using, confirm the gas flame is on. If it's off, do not attempt to light it yourself — contact us and we'll assist immediately. This is a safety requirement.
• Altitude. Cochabamba sits at ~2,500m above sea level. Mild adjustment symptoms are possible in the first day or two for guests arriving from sea level. Stay hydrated and take it easy on arrival.
