Great two-bedroom vacation rental in Savognin:<br>Living room with hardwood floors, new built-in kitchen (2022). Bedroom with a double box-spring bed. Bathroom with tub. Swimming pool on the property, sauna in the building. Wi-Fi.<br>Suitable for up to 4 people plus a toddler or baby.<br><br>Location: The apartment is located in the Tgesa Sunnmatt building in Savognin. Central location, with a grocery store within walking distance. The free sports bus stops right nearby (Cresta station).<br><br>The apartment is fully furnished: kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, convection oven, 4-burner ceramic stove, Nespresso machine, microwave, raclette oven, fondue set, and plenty of dishes. Dish towels and a sponge are provided. Bedroom newly furnished with a box-spring bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200). Living room with a sleeper sofa that sleeps two, satellite TV. Bathroom/toilet with a bathtub. Free Wi-Fi.<br><br>Fold-out crib available (Hauck). Free children’s bedding. For the little ones, there’s a small wooden train set and Megablocks. There are also numerous board games available.<br><br>The vacation rental is located in a complex that includes a new sauna. This can be reserved privately and used for a small fee. The building also features a laundry room and a ski/bike storage room.<br>During the summer season, guests can use the heated swimming pool and lounge chairs free of charge. The complex includes a children’s playground, a ping-pong table, and a bocce court.<br><br>All guests receive the Val-Surses Card, which allows free use of the sports bus in winter and the gondola as well as the PostBus to and from Salouf and Bivio in summer. The PostBus and sports bus stops are located right next to the house! The mandatory guest fee is CHF/€ 2 (children ages 6–16) or CHF/€ 4 (adults) per day per person. By making a reservation, you agree to pay these fees.<br><br>Alternatively, the Lenzerheide and St. Moritz ski areas are also easily accessible from Savognin, and the town is an ideal starting point for mountain and pass drives in the surrounding area (Julier, Maloia, Albula, Splügen, etc.).<br><br>In addition to bed linens, we also provide one set of towels per person (1 large + 1 small towel).<br><br>During peak season, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions upon request.<br>Please note: This is a non-smoking apartment!
