You can’t get any closer to the sea in Zingst.<br><br>This two-bedroom vacation apartment was renovated in February 2017 and lovingly redecorated in a maritime style. The spacious living room features a corner couch (that converts into a bed) and opens onto the modern open-concept kitchen with a stylish dining area. The kitchen itself features a refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. You’ll feel right at home here.<br><br>The bedroom features a box-spring bed (H2/H3) that invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The balcony, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, faces east—perfect for a cozy breakfast in the sun.<br><br>Mosquito screens and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable climate in both summer and winter. There is a modern 32" LED TV with a DVD player and cable connection. <br><br>A spacious wellness area with a sauna is available for use year-round for a fee (upon prior registration with P.I.K. Zimmervermittlung Zingst). This means that even a stay in the fall and winter can be a uniquely relaxing experience.<br><br>Parking space No. 28 in the outdoor area is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be locked up in the communal shed.
