nice, cosy 1-room flat -52m2- for 2 persons: with balcony, living/dining room, comfortable seating area with sofa, armchair and lounge table, desk, dining table with corner bench, TV. Separate kitchen: oven/grill, hatch, dishwasher. One small double room. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony with beautiful view of the Lej da Champfér and the Engadine mountains.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Our offer: Sauna, washing machine/drier, book corner, free WLAN, fresh bread service, beverage service.

Alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Schön, dass man 1 Palü Bier im Kühlschrank EG (gegen Bezahlung) holen kann (übrigens, das beste Bier weit und breit über die Grenzen hinweg). Der Skibus hält vor der Türe. Das Schlafzimmer der Wohnung mit Fenster zur Hauptstrasse liegt nicht optimal für sensible Ohren.

Das Haus ist sehr gut geführt und die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist aufgrund des direkten Loipeneinstiegs super zum Langlaufen und auch zum Skifahren (kostenloser Ortsbus/ Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus). Toller Service - wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!

Ich war das erste Mal in der Chesa Munteratsch, die nächsten Wochen dort sind aber bereits gebucht. Obwohl das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, fühlte ich mich sehr wohl darin. Herr und Frau Schmidt-Padrun tun alles, um Ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächsten Ferien in der Chesa Munteratsch.
