2-room flat on the 2nd floor, 75 m2. Balcony, south-east facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Double room with double bed, bath/WC/lavabo, separate guest toilet. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Gut geeignet für z.B. eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Auch für 2 erwachsene Paare, wenn der Wunsch nach Privatsphäre nicht überwiegt (ein Paar schläft im gemeinsamen Wohn-/Essraum und das separate Schlafzimmer hat keinen eigenen WC-Zugang - der Eingang geht vom genannten gemeinsamen Raum ab).

Wir hätten nie gedacht das man sich so wohlfühlen kann in der Ferienwohnung,auch wenn es nur 4 Tage waren,man verspürte 2 Wochen Erhollung. Das Ehepaar Padrun Schmidt bewirtschaften das Hotel als sei es ihr eigenes....mit viel Sauberkeit Freundlichkeit und Liebe. Es war unser 2ter Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und wir werden wieder kommen. Alles Ideal für Langläufer oder Skifahrer gelegen. Die Langlaufstrecke ist nur 30m Luftlinie entfernt. Für Skifahrer gibt es Kostenlos Buse die fast vor dem Haus losfahren. Vorallem kann man sehr gut seine Ski -Skischuhe in den 2 extra Räumen abstellen und man kommt somit gemütlich in seine Ferienwohnung rein .Es gibt ein Parkhaus in dem Hotel was auch sehr Ideal ist.Ich will nicht weiter von dem Hotel schwärmen, den wir wollen auch noch kommen können ,wenn es nicht zuvoll wird durch die Bewertung :-) Liebe Grüße Claudia& Daniele
