The vacation home in the historic “Sahneröschen” is a tranquil gem in the heart of Magdeburg. The house is over 100 years old and is also known to longtime Magdeburg residents as the “Milchkuranstalt.”

The vacation and guest apartment is located not far from the Elbe River, right across from the Klosterbergegarten. There, the Gesellschaftshaus and the Gruson Greenhouses invite you to visit.

Hasselbachplatz, Magdeburg Cathedral, and the Hundertwasser House are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The excellent bus and train connections leave nothing to be desired.

We invite you to spend a few wonderful days and nights in our vacation apartment in Magdeburg. Whether you’d like to explore Magdeburg—the “City of Otto”—from here or cycle along the Elbe Cycle Route, you can make our place your home base to meet up with friends and family in the city.

Of course, we’re also happy to offer our apartment as guest housing if you’re on a business trip to Magdeburg or are looking for long-term temporary housing.

Our apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The vacation rental is intentionally designed for comfort and coziness, so your stay won’t be ruined even on a rainy day.

Outside, the furnished summer terrace with a grill invites you to relax. Old black locust and maple trees provide shade in the summer.
