This modern and tastefully furnished duplex apartment is located in Building 6, on the first row of the lakeside village of Plau am See.

The 98 m² living space spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large dining-living area with an integrated kitchenette, and a spacious balcony. From there, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Plau, the mouth of the Elde River, and the lighthouse.

The attic features a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, as well as another bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a living room with a balcony overlooking the lake.
The apartment is ideal for four people. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric insect screens.
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, as well as pillows and a blanket for the child.
The harbor village of Plau am See has restricted traffic. A parking space is available within sight of the apartment, on the outskirts of the harbor village. Luggage can be transported using handcarts provided on-site.
Non-smoking apartment. One medium-sized dog is allowed.
