From the second-floor landing, you can access Silberkraut. Silberkraut is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment (70 m²). One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. A crib is also available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom with a shower also has a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, and the entire building has Wi-Fi. A lovely apartment for a family. Note: The apartment has sloped walls and may therefore feel a bit cramped in some areas (including the shower and bedrooms). Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 1.80 m.<br><br>General Amenities<br><br>There is a heated ski storage room in the basement. On the first-floor landing, there is a foosball table for general use. The garden features a Finnish sauna (use upon request). The garden is for general use and includes a chalet with additional garden chairs, several picnic tables (picnic bag provided in the apartment), and a playground. There is a bike shed with charging stations for your e-bike. In the summer, there is also a trampoline in the garden. Right next to the Old Kindergarten, there is also a public playground and outdoor fitness equipment. Additional Information: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. You may bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them for €20 per person. A deposit of approximately 20% is required to secure the reservation. We ask that the remaining balance be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
