This district—often referred to as the “haven of peace” of St.-Peter-Ording—offers an impressive variety of natural scenery. The tranquil surroundings and the expansive, often completely deserted beach are perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. Shopping options such as a bakery and grocery store are within walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 800 m away (Böhl beach access).<br><br>Amenities<br>With its 90 square meters spread over three levels, “Die Kleine Lachmöwe” can accommodate up to 4 people. The thatched-roof semi-detached house features high-quality furnishings, such as furniture and decor from Rivièra Maison, as well as a wood-burning stove. <br>Through the invitingly designed entryway with a coat closet, you’ll enter a living-dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen stands out for its exceptionally well-equipped layout, making it easy to prepare meals together. The dining table, which seats 4 people, is nearby and invites you to enjoy each other’s company. In the cozy TV area, you can relax while watching a movie or warm up by the wood-burning stove during the cooler months after a long walk on the beach. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace. The adjacent garden is fenced and equipped with additional seating, including a beach chair. <br><br>On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm, full-length mattress) and a large built-in closet. In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Here, you’ll sleep under sloped ceilings in the attic—which has sufficient headroom—featuring a classic Frisian round-arched window. The modern bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Another bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower and a guest restroom. A washing machine is available for your free use in the utility room under the stairs. There is a parking space next to the house for your car. <br><br>Special Features of “<br>” This vacation home is a smoke-free property. Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome here. We are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. For guests arriving by electric car, the on-site wallbox is available (for a fee). This is a shared facility and must be used in coordination with the guests of the “Große Lachmöwe.” <br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.<br>Additional linen packages can be booked as optional services.<br><br>If you plan to travel with more than 4 people, you are welcome to book the adjacent semi-detached house “Große Lachmöwe” (subject to availability) for up to 6 people (though no dogs are allowed). In this case, access from the “Kleine Lachmöwe” to the roof terrace of the house will be opened, connecting both semi-detached homes via the shared roof terrace.
