This beautiful vacation home has an area of about 200 square meters and features four bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. The rooms on the upper floor are bright and spacious, and the exposed roof trusses emphasize the sense of openness. From the upper balcony, you have a great distant view during the day and can stargaze after dark. The upstairs bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. There is an additional restroom on this floor.
The first floor houses the very well-equipped kitchen. It’s a wonderful place to cook together on a modern stove. Meals can be enjoyed at the large table in the adjacent dining area. When the weather is nice, it’s perfect to enjoy meals on the terrace or the balcony.
The cozy tiled stove connects the dining room and living area. In the living room, you’ll find a spacious sofa area, a bookshelf with reading material, and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

One floor below is the garden level. This level features another bedroom with a beautiful view of the greenery. The second room on this floor is a living area that includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations. On this floor, you’ll find a private small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The outdoor area is accessible from the first floor (or garden level). There, the terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing—or you can enjoy a glass of wine in the ivy-covered arbor. The lower balcony of the house is a relaxing retreat and also offers a great view of nature. Those who enjoy being active will love the huge garden. There, surrounded by trees and flowers, you can play badminton or do yoga, for example. During the warmer months, you’ll find fruit on the garden’s shrubs and trees.
There’s also a garage for your car, as well as plenty of free parking spaces on the street.
