Wildrijk 72 is a very comfortable bungalow, furnished for 5 people. The entire bungalow was renovated in 2022, there is a new kitchen, new bathroom and toilet. Washing machine is available. The floor is laminate and tile. The lovely sheltered and fully fenced southwest-facing garden offers plenty of privacy. Your pet is welcome.


Entrance
The entrance is a small hall, where the second bathroom and a separate toilet are located.


Living room
The living room has a rattan sofa and 2 separate rattan armchairs. There is a large television with cable and satellite TV with a wide selection of Dutch and German channels. There is also a DVD player. The entire bungalow has central heating. The house has its own excellent WIFI network.


New open kitchen
There is a new open kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Senseo machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and 4-burner gas hob. The dining area is in the kitchen and has a handy extendable table.


Sanitary facilities
The house has no fewer than 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is not large but brand new with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and sink. In addition to this bathroom there is a separate toilet.


3 Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms. The garden-facing bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is plenty of closet space.


Outside
A lovely, fully fenced garden, facing southwest with a terrace with garden table and 6 garden chairs, there are also 2 sunbeds and a barbecue. The gate to the garden is lockable.


Pets
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. A 2nd pet is welcome on request.


EXTRA
All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens.
