The light-filled first floor features a small entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the living and dining area:
A spacious dining area by the window flows seamlessly into a cozy sofa corner with an armchair, TV, and an unobstructed view of the beautiful heathland garden.

Through a patio door, you can step out from the living room onto the sunny and furnished south-facing terrace, complete with a seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and awning.
A partially covered area (see photo) at the edge of the terrace, separated from the property by a picket fence, is ideal for storing bicycles.

An easily accessible staircase with a handrail leads to the basement:

Bedroom 2: Double bed, closet, and window. Please note that this bedroom is quite small and the double bed can only be accessed from one side. Recommended for children.
