This seaside cottage is a small villa (180 m²) built in 1920, located within walking distance of the Baltic Sea (approx. 1,150 m).
We purchased it in the summer of 2022 and renovated it through May 2023, furnishing it as a beautiful vacation home for our guests.
We also have two other beautiful vacation homes: the “Georg Asmussen Haus” in Pommerby, which features four vacation apartments, and a smaller one in Maasholm Bad called “Urlaub am Meer.”
The vacation home features a sauna room (with a view of the Baltic Sea) and a stunning sunroom as its highlight. You could easily spend your entire vacation in the sunroom alone, enjoying yourself, relaxing, and letting your gaze wander over the vast landscape.
In addition to the sunroom on the first floor, it features a beautiful solid-wood kitchen with an adjoining dining room that opens onto the garden. You’ll also find two living rooms (the first living room has two sofas, an armchair, a smart TV, and a fireplace, while the second living room has a sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a large bookcase), a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, a guest restroom, a pantry, and an utility room with a washer and dryer.
On the upper floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, a shower, a toilet, and a sauna room. The upper-floor hallway also features a foosball table and a desk.
On the first floor, the floors are either terrazzo, hardwood planks, or antique tiles; upstairs, you’ll find hardwood planks throughout.
You can also relax in the fully fenced-in garden, which is shielded by tall hedges and offers privacy. The fruit trees provide shade as needed. In addition to lounge chairs and patio furniture, the garden also features a garden shed and a small splashing fountain.
There is plenty of space in the front yard for your cars and in the garage for your bicycles.
