The property is fenced on all sides. On the covered patio, everyone will quickly find their favorite spot outdoors.
Whether it’s a glorious summer day or during the stormy season… spending time in the fresh North Sea air is good for the soul. Walk barefoot through the mudflats or watch the roaring North Sea waves. Spot “big ships” in the distance. Send your gloomy thoughts out to sea, and then head over to the fishing harbor. - A fish sandwich is always a treat and puts you in a good mood!
Arrived at PIER 22, our home for a quick getaway to recharge or for a full-fledged vacation. Just the way you like it.
Now, come on in for the first time. In the spacious living/dining area, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove, your favorite TV show on the smart TV, or a good book in the cozy seating area. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Would you like a classic drip coffee or the capsule variety? Tea is also an option, of course. We love these little “luxury problems”…
By the way, you’ll sleep here in first-class box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor. A bathroom with a spacious shower area is also on this level.
After dinner, head upstairs. Here you’ll find two more bedrooms. One of them is furnished with twin beds.
The game room features a foosball table, game console, smart TV, rocking moose, wooden train set, play rug, and more for kids of all ages.
For some private wellness time, there’s a private sauna in the bathroom.
Wi-Fi is, of course, just as standard here as the parking spot right outside the front door.
If you’re arriving by electric car, you can charge it using the property’s own wallbox. You’ll find more information on using the wallbox in your arrival documents.
You can enjoy your favorite music throughout the house—in keeping with the times—via high-quality Bluetooth speakers.
For our youngest guests, there’s even children’s tableware and cutlery, as well as a baby bathtub.

Just like in the past two years, we were once again in good hands at Pier 22 and very satisfied. Thanks to the fencing, our dachshund was able to move around freely. We would definitely book through Quartierfreund again.
