The apartment is located in the Waldsiedlung neighborhood in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Prerow, very close to the forest and the Baltic Sea beach. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the town center.

Spanning a total of three living levels—which were redesigned and modernized in the spring of 2018—this accommodation offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the bright living room, furnished in a modern maritime style. A cozy couch area with an armchair and satellite TV invites you to relax after an eventful day on the Darß. With satellite TV, radio, CD player, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, the apartment is equipped with all the latest technology.

The well-equipped kitchen area, featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, offers all the comforts of a modern kitchen. There is both a Nespresso capsule machine and a drip coffee maker. A washing machine is available for free use in the storage closet. Also on this living floor is the master bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet. From the small balcony, you can enjoy a view of the evening sun.

A staircase leads from the living room to the apartment’s attic. Here you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a sauna, and a small relaxation area to unwind. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is available here.
The third bedroom, featuring two single beds, is located in the apartment’s attic. Wi-Fi is provided via a hotspot.
