This charming vacation rental on the first floor is located in a quiet area of Norden and offers approximately 50 m² of space for 3 adults and a toddler. <br><br>A modern wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. <br><br>There you’ll find a large bedroom, a kitchen-living room, and an adjoining living room with a balcony window. <br>In the living room, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home: a TV, a sleeper sofa, and two incredibly cozy armchairs.<br><br>If a third person is traveling with you, they can make themselves comfortable on the sleeper sofa.<br><br>This vacation rental stands out for its spacious shower room. It’s the perfect place to start your day on a relaxed note.<br><br>The kitchen is well-equipped and completes this space. It features a freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.<br><br>Bedding and towels are not provided in the vacation rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.<br><br>Small dogs are allowed in the vacation rental. Cats are not permitted.<br><br>A parking space is located right in front of the front door; if you bring bicycles, they can be stored in the locked garden of the lower apartment.<br><br>Please note that keys must be picked up at our office at Norddeicher Str. 55 in Norden.
