The 3-room vacation apartment on the top floor is approximately 85 square meters in size. The large, open-concept living-dining room with kitchen features large south-facing windows that offer a direct view of the Sonnenkopf. The high sloping ceilings give the room a spacious, bright feel. The large oak table and the cozy lounge sofa create a very homey atmosphere. From the living-dining area, you step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for breakfast or barbecuing—a gas grill and balcony table with chairs are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment features two bedrooms, both with solid-wood double beds. In addition to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet. Highlights of the apartment include the open fireplace in the living-dining room and the steam shower in the bathroom. Guests have access to a sauna (located in a shed in the garden, for an additional fee) as well as a ski and bicycle storage room with heated ski boot racks. Each apartment has a parking space in the courtyard.



In a quiet, sun-drenched south-facing location in Wald am Arlberg, directly across from the Sonnenkopf ski area and just 10 minutes from Stuben (new 8-person circulating gondola, free parking) and the Arlberg Ski Arena, a modern 2-room apartment on the first floor and a spacious 3-room penthouse are located in a three-family house. The apartments are perfect for hikers, skiers, and nature lovers. The house is ideally located for a variety of excursions to the surrounding ski and hiking areas, such as the Lech Headwaters (15 min.), the Montafon (15 min.), the Brandnertal (20 min.), and the Großes Walsertal (20 min.). Hikes to Spullersee and Formarinsee can be started right from the house. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can take a stroll along the Klostertal Höhenweg. For families with children, the Sonnenkopf (gondola) is a popular ski and day-trip destination (summer: Bärenland). A digital guest card is included, offering many benefits!
