Wonderful property

The stay was amazing. We went Ed this property for 2 nights. It was bit secluded in the woods which we didn’t mind. Plenty of eating options nearby. Cleanliness of the property was up to the mark

Cozy condo, great location

My 5 year old and I had a wonderful stay over new years! The condo was very cozy, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the location was great. We skied at Bolton Valley (45min drive) and watched fireworks at sugarbush (short drive up the access road). The condo was stocked with all of the essentials and we'd love to visit again :)

First off - we arrived later on Friday and dropped belongings and left for family dinner. Wiped kitchen table off because it was sticky and left after a cursory look. When we returned, I had to clean the toilet before I could use it. There was urine around the bolts and the seat is plain disgusting. There was dust and someone’s hair in the corners. We showered offsite because the shower was dirty and the curtain is moldy. There is no excuse for the condition of that bathroom.There was no sign of bedbugs and the linens were clean, but I threw the coverlet in the corner due to a stain on it. We never really unpacked because it was a quick trip, but there was a dirty sock in one of the baskets and a facecloth in a second one. The table in the living room had a thick layer of dust on it. I have pictures to prove all of this. The kitchen was decent except for the aforementioned sticky table and greasy dust on the range hood. Luckily the bed was clean and that was really the only time we were in the room. My in-laws, who live in Waitsfield toured the unit and will attest to the miserable conditions. We have stayed in the area on numerable occasions and this was the worst example of offerings. The whole experience - from the change in location due to high lead in the water to the lack of communication after was simply not acceptable.

Comfortable & quiet

Clean, comfortable bed & quiet location. Close to Sugarbush Ski Resort. Must use WiFi or phone doesn’t work. TV directions are clear. All good.

Cozy condo

Enjoyed staying so close to the mountain. Condo had all the essentials. However, kitchen and its appliances were not very clean with crumbs leftover from previous guests in all the cabinets. Outside closet for the ski equipment didn’t lock and had a ton of stuff in there making it difficult to fit the skis and get them in and out.

Ski/hike condo

everything was as described. Had a problem with dirty water from faucets-- apparently the unit needed the filters changed. Bed was comfy. Kitchen adequately equipped. TV worked easily. Door lock needs work- was difficult to operate. Place is tired but very functional and served my needs.

Fine for what it is

It definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and some updating but if you’re looking for a place to stay in VT, this was fine. Pots and pans and other kitchen utensils need to be replaced. It was a just ok place to stay.

Great Stay

The home is beautiful with wooden decor and bears. Service was tough the first couple days but much better after that. Enjoyed the stay. Wished they would offer a discount to travelers for 13 weeks.
