Our private home and three vacation apartments are located on a quiet street, directly across from a pine forest, and just two kilometers from both the beach and the center of Pula.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The pool area features a lovely terrace with plenty of patio furniture. There are also two barbecue areas available for guests. There is ample parking in front of the house.

A bus stop is located 100 meters from the house, providing access to town. Small grocery stores, the traditional Istrian restaurant “Boccaporta,” the pizzeria “Pepperoncino,” and larger shopping centers are all nearby and within walking distance.

Apartment A1 is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of our private home and has a living area of approximately 45 m². This apartment features a romantic bedroom with a double bed. There is a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa. The new kitchen has a dining table. The apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi throughout. The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment also includes a small terrace overlooking the garden.
