Located in the beautiful ski town of Steamboat Springs, Trailhead Lodge is a high-end, modern condominium complex with convenient access to the Wildhorse Gondola throughout the ski season. This family-friendly studio is a unique retreat with one bathroom that can sleep up to four guests. It has been recently updated in 2019 and features a new king-size bed, as well as, a new queen size leather sofa sleeper. Trailhead Lodge 5108 also features a new dramatic antler chandelier, new Thomas Mangelsen artwork, and a brand new Sony 55 inch flatscreen TV with cable that will keep everyone entertained during their stay. The studio has been designed and decorated for those who enjoy a modernized vacation experience. Inside, you'll notice a kitchenette in a separate, private space away from the living area. It includes a mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a two-burner stovetop. A perfectly sized dining table for two is located nearby.

Delight your family and friends with an escapade they will never forget at this modern and well-appointed retreat in Trailhead Lodge! Located less than three miles from the heart of Steamboat Springs and all of its wonderful dining and entertainment options and trailheads, this is the perfect place to be!

Enjoy having access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

In addition to Wildhorse amenities, you and your beloved friends will also have access to Trailhead Lodge's amenities, including a picnic area with grills and firepit, a boot drying room, ski rack storage, and many more!

Accommodations were clean & spacious, porch & fireplace were great add ons. The 3 hot tubs on site and heated pool was great. Also access to private gondola to take you to base of mountain was amazing. We will be back!

Wonderful Trip

We always have a great experience when we stay at Trailhead! The unit is well stocked with appliances and kitchen supplies. The bed was like sleeping on clouds! Close proximity to the Gondolas and Brick Restaurant. Pool and hot tubs were a plus!

vacasa is best the expereince

We had an awesome stay in Steamboat Springs, CO with Vacasa. Trailhead Lodge is fantastic place, and we loved our room. It was clean, beautiful, and made it easy to enjoy our days on the mountain. Vacasa's shuttle is such an awesome benefit and makes it easy to get around. We only plan to stay at Vacasa Properties whenever we vacation and travel.

Beautiful Lodge

Our stay in Steamboat was wonderful! The lodge is great and the staff was super helpful. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that you can’t lower the room thermostat below 68°. Other than that, wonderful place!!!

Great Stay

The location of this lodge is great. The gondola takes you right to the base of the mountain. Take the gondola back to the lodge at the end of the day and put your skis on the rack in the garage and take your boots off in the boot room equipped with boot drying racks and head up the room for a relaxing evening in this cozy studio. The room was a perfect size for me and my daughter. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Good place to stay

We really liked how quiet the condo was and the hot tubs. Having underground parking was nice. We didn’t get wash cloths and when we asked for them, they acted like they didn’t know what a wash cloth was. We had to use hand towels as wash cloths and had to do laundry each day to have a clean one for our showers.

Best location

We’ve stayed at Trailhead Lodge several times and we love this location and convenience with the gondola. The shuttle service was also awesome. The unit was really nicely appointed and my wife and I were very comfortable. Overall we loved it. The only negative was the slow responsiveness from the host. They eventually responded to my emails but it was several days later which was surprising.

Very disappointing.

Our stay was horrible. The unit clearly advertised AC but it didn’t work in the hottests weekend of the year. We called the desk repeatedly and were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Our room was 80 degrees at night and it was awful. The staff just lied to pacify us but clearly had no intention of fixing it.

There was a building-wide AC issue, which was addressed and fully resolved on the 20th. To help keep the guest's comfort, we provided a portable AC unit and fans during that time. Additionally, you received a refund to compensate for the loss of amenities. Please know that if there had been anything more we could have done to improve your stay, we certainly would have. Horrible experience

We stayed at the property during the hottest weekend of the year and the AC did not work. Each time we contacted the front desk or the Vacasa support line we were given the run around and no one cared to help, fix the problem, or even apologize for the miserable conditions. Our condo was consistently 80 degrees or more and the staff was rude and careless. When we asked to speak to a manager we were again given the run around. I would NOT recommend the property since clearly they are careless about meeting the expectations they set in their own listing.

Great studio condo in Steamboat

The property was very clean, well appointed and well built. This unit is on the top floor and was extremely quiet during our stay. This condo was very accurately represented by the listing. We really enjoyed coming home to this condo after each day out exploring the area.
