Welcome to the Haffresidenz.

The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliffs, and mysterious moors, your vacation begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many nature reserves that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa of Heringsdorf or the seaside spa of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can wind down the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers a variety of sports and cultural activities, such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

The fine-sand beach on Usedom’s Baltic Sea coast can be reached via the well-known imperial seaside resorts, which are eight kilometers away—a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is located 5 kilometers away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Sonnengarten Terrace Apartment (5.1). 

With 87 m² of living space, this modernly furnished vacation apartment offers plenty of room for five adults and one child up to age 14 to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Building No. 5 (built in 2022; elevator available) and features many accessibility-friendly amenities.

The open-concept living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV. The living room opens onto the southeast-facing terrace. Enjoy your meals on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the garden.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Ample dishes, silverware, and pots and pans are stored in the cabinets. Gather around the large dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm).

Both fully equipped bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

All living and sleeping areas can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The bedroom windows and one living room window are equipped with insect screens. 

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg, is welcome here. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash within the resort and on the apartment terrace. Outside our property, wide fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to include your dog when making your reservation.
