We had an amazing time at your beautiful house. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck watching the hot air balloons, ducks, geese, otters and blue herons. We will definitely stay here again.

Christmas Ski 2023

The house was all we hoped and more. Vacasa was very efficient with communication and had all ready for our stay. We love Pagosa Springs and will definitely reserve this house again. Great location and beautiful view of the lake….simply awesome!

End of Summer Family Trip

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible, fishing was great, the house was very spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed. Our only suggestion would be to update your listing to include that your home is not handicap accessible with all bedrooms and full bathrooms being upstairs. We were able to work around this but others may not be so lucky.

The location right on the corner of the lake was amazing. The kayak and canoe were the main attraction to the house and it did not disappoint. They had a large selection/various sizes of life jackets and sunhats available. The host even went as far as providing sunscreen for the stay. We brought our fishing poles and spent a great amount of time catching tons of fish! The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking utensil you will need - well above most rental homes. The secondary part of the house with a private living room and kitchen was great for quite time. Our family loved their stay!

Amazing Lakehouse Stay

The location right on the corner of the lake was amazing. The Kayak and canoe were the main attraction to the house and it did not disappoint. They had a large selection/various sizes of life jackets and sunhats available. The host even went as far as proving sunscreen for the stay. We brought our fishing poles and spent a great amount of time catching tons of fish! The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking utensils you will need - well above most rental homes. The second ary part of the house with a private living room and kitchen as great for quite time. Our family loved their stay!
