Villa on the Banks of the Peene

This charming 4-star villa (last renovated in 2026) offers the ultimate in relaxation in an upscale setting. Only you and your traveling companions will be staying in the house. The property is surrounded by privacy-ensuring vegetation and is also exclusively at your disposal.
In a completely peaceful location, situated right on the water, you’ll experience plenty of nature and tranquility—from magnificent sunsets over the Peene River to sea eagles circling above the house!
A highlight is the heated sunroom facing the water. On cool evenings, you can sit here and feel as if you’re out in the great outdoors. Here, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset with a glass of wine or simply spend a cozy evening with friends and family, taking in the view of the water and the birdlife. Or take the house’s kayaks (€89/week) out onto the Peene River to paddle toward the sunset.
Another highlight is the rustic barbecue and chill-out lounge in the garden, right on the Peene River. Here you’ll find two fire pits, bread-on-a-stick skewers, a large goulash pot, and a grill grate. You can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings here or on the adjacent terrace. A bread and pastry delivery service from the very popular Scheunenbäckerei (authentic artisan bakery) in Trassenheide is available, with direct delivery to the house. Order and pay conveniently via the app.

Sustainability is a top priority for us: A state-of-the-art wood pellet heating system provides warmth, a highly efficient air-source heat pump produces hot water, and electricity comes from the house’s solar panel system. A charging station for your electric car is available for a fee (48 cents/kWh) right on the property.
Another highlight is the barrel sauna (for up to 8 guests), which guarantees relaxation and coziness (€18 per day), followed by a solar-powered garden shower. Bicycles (GIANT TOURER/8-speed/lock/bike basket/helmet/child seat and child helmet) are available for €40.00 per week.
The house is situated on a 1,600-square-meter, fenced-in garden property and is entirely at your disposal. Ample parking is available directly on the property. Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality beds—some of which are box-spring beds—and each features an Alexa device.
You’ll have access to 7 bedrooms, two kitchens, four bathrooms with toilets (one of which features a large corner bathtub; toilet paper included), a living room with a dining table (extendable to seat up to 16 people), and a heated sunroom—all spread across three floors totaling 230 square meters
High-speed Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s is free of charge.
