Walk-to-Lift Townhome w/ Fireplace, Fast WiFi, Garage & Shared Pool/Hot Tub

When you think of a mountain retreat, Waterstone at Eagle Ridge is it. You'll be a short walk from the base of the ski resort at this luxury townhome, with 2,600 square feet of living space spread out across three levels. If you have a large group or two families in need of plenty of beds, this is a great option! Enjoy two primary bedroom suites, flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a heated, one-car garage with plenty of room to store everyone's skis and snowboards.

This townhome is only two and a half blocks from the base of the ski resort, so you can either walk or jump on the private shuttle that stops by the complex throughout the day. You'll also be mere minutes from the base area promenade, where there's shopping, dining, and various ski and snowboard rental shops. An outdoor heated pool and a shared hot tub are conveniently located in the center of the complex.

Features of this luxury townhome include vaulted ceilings in the great room, plenty of windows to bring in natural light and mountain views, a gas log fireplace, log accents throughout, and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a great meal for friends and family, and the large dining table offers plenty of seating for everyone (with additional spots at the bar). The living room has two leather couches, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. A slider off the main floor leads to a deck with a gas grill.

The first primary bedroom is on the top floor, offering a private bathroom with a jetted tub, a stand-up shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. There's a second kids' room off the main floor with a full bathroom. The second primary bedroom on the lower level has an attached full bathroom and a flatscreen TV. The lower level has two more bedrooms with a flatscreen TV in each. There is a laundry room on the lower floor as well.

This home was an excellent fit for 10 family members. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The amenities were as presented in description. It is an easy walk to slopes and transportation to downtown was available.

Very basic accommodations for such a large home. Vacasa soaps and toiletries were awful. Even the hand soap was useless. So trivial yet so disappointing. Beds were disappointing as well and couch cushions slid apart like crazy. Shared hot tub was gross. My kids loved it regardless and jumped in the pool daily. The convenience of location and door to door shuttle was probably the best part of this stay.

Not what I paid for

The house itself was beautiful and is on a street where there's traffic. Needs many upgrades. Doesn't have a patio set to sit on outside of course even if it did you would view the street and many beautiful trees. I was definitely not what I had paid for.

Nice layout, great shuttle service, AWFUL property management

Very nice home layout but needs some updating - especially at this price point. On demand shuttle service to/from town was awesome. Really no need for a car. The property manager, vacassa, was awful - examples… 1- Landing in front of the entry door was covered in ice several inches thick - they never did anything. Next door neighbors had none. 2- 5 wine glasses for 4+ br place, limited place settings - vacassa stated they are only required to have setting for 4 !!! Really? In a 4 bedroom home?. 3 - dishwasher not secured - every time you opened the door it would lean forward and the trays would come sliding out. We were there 3 weeks they did nothing. 4 - called to replace light bulbs on the 12’ living room ceiling - never done. 5- place needed a deep cleaning There were more examples but you get the picture. Will not be renting from ANY vacassa managed places anytime soon

Beautiful condo. Spacious for large groups. Check in and out very easy and property managers were quick to respond to the minor issues we had.

Super convenient with all the right amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Waterstone 41. Vacasa was super attentive and made the stay easy for our group of 10. Plenty of group hang out space for dinner and games in the evening. Loved the bus pickup and drop off at our door! Hot tub was a nice after ski option. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Nice unitBut both seating and lighting in living room were awful. TV was poor we bought a roku

Pool was great Be nice to have some outside chairs at unit Barbecue was poor. We had to reconnect to get it to work. Not enough blankets when we arrived but they came quickly after we called. First night was cold.

Great house with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family get together. We had a party of 9 guests, each couple having a private bathroom was very nice. There is not a lot of outside sitting room but we were able to sit outside by the pool which we had to ourselves each night. A nice feature is that it is in walking distance of the ski area, there are great walking/bike paths throughout the adjoining neighborhoods. Very clean, we would certainly use this property again!

Will definitely come back!

First, the property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early as we came in sooner than expected due to the #4 worst snowstorm that went through Denver. Second, the place was great. We didn't use all of the space because we were only a family of five but there was plenty of room for two families. Great location and the shuttle service was like having a private Uber. If we come back we will definitely look to stay here or with another place managed by Steamboat Vacation Rentals.

Great family stay

Great location to the hill and condo offered good family gathering space as well as quite bedrooms for kids to nap. Hot tub across the driveway was used daily by our group. We would definitely consider renting again.
