With the convenience of a hotel but the luxury of a lodge, this studio is set up perfectly for guests who want to relax with ease after a long day on the mountain. Luxurious touches like a walk-in shower and granite countertops will help you feel at home right away. The ski-themed decor also helps to set the tone! The kitchenette is ideal for cooking up simple refreshments or storing leftovers from exploring the local restaurant scene. Guests can also enjoy access to three shared hot tubs and a shared heated outdoor pool during their stay, among other amenities.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you'll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. Great place with a great location

We loved staying at Lion Square Lodge. The location is perfect - close to everything. And we spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub! The staff is amazing and the property is very clean and well maintained.

We love the location of this property. We visited for the weekend to enjoy Bravo Vail and had a great time lounging at the pool and wandering around Lionshead during the day and exploring Vail Village in the evenings after the concerts. Love the cookies in the lobby too!

Beautiful place to celebrate 20th Anniversary

The condo was very clean & stocked with everything you need for a getaway…they even included a humidifier & fan for those of us that may need a bit of help adjusting to the area & temps. The resort offers hot coffee & cocoa 24/7, so we didn’t even need to utilize the condo coffee maker…you’re just down the hall from the lobby, but far enough away to not be bothered with foot traffic & noises. The resort staff was AMAZING! They were very helpful in pointing us towards fun activities & restaurants, & so friendly/approachable. This vacation will definitely go down as one of the best!

Issues

We left a few things in the room and are having a real problem getting them to send it to us. Supposedly they couldn't find it but we're 100% sure we left the dress clothes in the closest. No one called to tell me they didn't find it and they didn't even confirm if they looked in the closet. If it's not their the cleaning crew stole it . There was also a mouse in our room.

This location is always our go to when heading to Vail. The property is right at the Eagle Bahn Gondola, literally steps out the door. The rooms are ideal for a short-term stay and the hot tubs and shower rooms are phenomenal. We love everything about the Lions Square Lodge. Staff is accommodating and always very friendly. Have booked on several occasions and will continue to book for our future trips to Vail.

The room itself was a little small but its was a studio so you can't really complain. The staff was great, and the location was literally 60 feet from the Lionshead Gondola.
