You’ll be close to:
• ATV and hiking trails directly across the street
• Brian Head Resort — just minutes away

• Zion National Park — about 40 minutes
• Bryce Canyon National Park — a little over an hour
• Dixie National Forest, Panguitch Lake, Navajo Lake and Cedar City

FALL
Mid-September into October brings golden aspens, crisp mountain air and quieter trails. Through Sept. 20, Brian Head Resort continues select scenic chairlift operations on weekends, with the final Oktoberfest weekend Sept. 19–20.
After resort summer operations wind down, the mountain becomes quieter still — ideal for scenic drives, hiking, fall-color weekends, stargazing and slow evenings by the fire.

WINTER
Brian Head transforms into a snowy mountain escape for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowmobiling and family days on the mountain, followed by hot tub nights, fires, games and cozy time together at the cabin.

Guests have private access to the full cabin and listed amenities, including:

• 5 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms
• Newly remodeled kitchen + dining areas
• Two living spaces
• Laundry room
• Hot tub
• Fire pit
• Outdoor areas
• Downstairs game/family room
• Earthing + stargazing area
• Parking

Multiple gathering spaces make the home especially comfortable for groups. Adults can relax upstairs or outside while kids and teens settle into the downstairs game and movie room.

Children should always be supervised around stairs, the hot tub, fire features and outdoor areas.

Aspen Mountain Retreat sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living areas and a newly remodeled chef’s kitchen.

Designed for families, friends and multi-generational mountain getaways, the home gives you room to gather when you want to be together and room to spread out when everyone needs a little space.

⭐︎ 3 bathrooms, well laid out for groups and families
⭐︎ Two separate living areas so adults, kids, and teens can spread out
⭐︎ Chef’s kitchen stocked for easy group cooking
⭐︎ Den with arcade games, board games, movies, and cozy hangout space
⭐︎ Family-friendly amenities
⭐︎ Dedicated earthing + stargazing zone for grounding, quiet moments, and night-sky rituals
⭐︎ Journaling / Zen corner for mama — a quiet place to come back to yourself
⭐︎ High-elevation setting among the aspens minutes from Brian Head Resort
⭐︎ Designed for adventure, rest, reconnection, and restorative mountain rituals

The rhythm here is simple: explore outside, gather around the table, soak under the stars, sleep deeply and begin again.

☆☆ LIVING SPACES ☆☆
The main living room has the warm, open feel of a classic mountain home, with high ceilings, natural light, a fireplace and space to reconnect after a day outside.

Downstairs, kids and teens can claim their own space with arcade games, board games, movies and a cozy family room while adults relax upstairs.
It’s especially helpful for multi-generational trips: everyone can be together without everyone needing to do the same thing.

☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
The home has 5 bedrooms total, thoughtfully arranged for multiple couples, families, kids, and teens.

Bedroom 1 — Primary Suite, Main Level
King bed, TV, closet and drawer storage, plus direct access to the rear deck for morning light and mountain air.

Bedroom 2 — King Bedroom, Main Level
King bed in a comfortable, restful space ideal for couples or solo retreaters.

Bedroom 3 — En-Suite King Bedroom, Loft Level
King bed, TV, and private 3/4 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and vanity.

Bedroom 4 — Queen Bedroom, Lower Level
Queen bed located near the downstairs family room, with space for a Pack ’n Play.

Bedroom 5 — Bunk Room, Lower Level
Two full-size bunk beds, great for kids, cousins, or teens. Can sleep up to 4 younger guests.

Bathrooms
The home includes 3 bathrooms: a main-level bathroom with bathtub, a lower-level full bathroom with double vanity and separate toilet/tub area, and a loft-level 3/4 en-suite bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN + DINING ☆☆
The newly remodeled chef’s kitchen is one of guests’ favorite parts of the home.

Make slow breakfasts before hiking or skiing, pack picnic lunches, prepare family dinners or gather around the table after a full day outside. The kitchen is stocked for real group travel, not just quick snacks.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor areas are made for simple mountain rituals: morning coffee in the crisp air, hot tub soaks after adventure, s’mores around the fire pit, grounding moments among the trees, and stargazing under the vast Brian Head sky.

Enjoy:
• Outdoor hot tub
• Fire pit
• Rear deck access
• Mountain air, aspen trees + peaceful views
• Dedicated earthing + stargazing zone

The earthing and stargazing space was created as a simple invitation to slow down. Grab a blanket, step outside, settle beneath the trees and spend a little time doing absolutely nothing.

☆☆ RESTORATIVE TOUCHES ☆☆
Aspen Mountain Retreat was designed for adventure by day and restoration by night.

Throughout the home, small details invite you to sleep well, spend more time outside, gather without rushing and reconnect with the people you came with.

You’ll find space for journaling and reflection, grounding and stargazing, filtered drinking water and thoughtfully selected guest products.
And for the mama, caregiver, trip planner or friend who usually holds everything together: take your coffee outside. Read instead of scrolling. Stay in the hot tub five minutes longer. Let someone else make dinner.

☆☆ PERFECT FOR ☆☆
• Families + multi-generational trips
• Friend groups + multiple couples
• Fall-color weekends
• Ski + snowboard getaways
• Hiking, mountain biking + ATV trips
• National park adventures
• Families traveling with babies + younger children
• Guests who want adventure and somewhere restorative to come home to

Families with little ones will also find thoughtful essentials including a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby monitor and baby bath.

A car is recommended for exploring Brian Head and the surrounding Southern Utah region.

The cabin is less than a mile from the Brian Head sign, on the first street to the right, making arrival straightforward.

No special vehicle is typically required to access the cabin, although guests should always check current road and weather conditions during winter storms or changing mountain weather.

Brian Head Resort is just minutes away, Cedar Breaks is about 5 minutes away, Zion is approximately 40 minutes away, and Bryce Canyon is a little over an hour from the cabin.

Brian Head sits at approximately 9,600 feet, and the changing seasons are part of the experience. Weather can shift quickly, so please check current road, trail, resort and park conditions before heading out.

FALL
Mid-September through October is one of the mountain’s most beautiful and peaceful seasons, with changing aspens, cool days, cold nights and clearer skies.

Through Sept. 20, 2026, Brian Head Resort offers select weekend scenic chairlift rides. The final Oktoberfest weekend is Sept. 19–20.

Once summer resort operations end, fall becomes quieter — which is exactly the appeal. Hike, explore Cedar Breaks, take a scenic drive through changing aspens, or spend the day at home cooking, reading, playing games and soaking in the hot tub.

WINTER
Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, tubing and snowy mountain adventures, followed by fires, games, movies and hot tub evenings back at the cabin.
You don’t need to fill every day with an itinerary. Some of the best days here are spent making breakfast slowly, walking through the trees, playing a game, soaking under the stars and letting the mountain get quiet.

Come for the adventure. Stay for how you feel when everything finally slows down.

Adventure by day. Restore by night.
