A modern, high-quality 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz on the 1st floor with two southeast-facing balconies.
The comfortable living area, featuring a sofa, a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful southeast-facing balcony with a seating area and a side view of the sea, is perfect for total relaxation. The LCD TV, CD and DVD players, stereo sound system, telephone, and Wi-Fi all contribute to this.
The open and colorful kitchenette, featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker add to the convenience.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a large wall unit, and an additional flat-screen TV, along with the second balcony, lets you unwind at night.
A large bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, plenty of storage space, and great lighting is also available.
There is an elevator in the building. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin fee.

For the 2026 season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 15 to May 15.09.am Beach.

Parking space in the underground garage (height 1.90 m). This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The distance to the beach is 20 meters.
