Welcome to the Haus Barke vacation rental.

This exceptionally beautiful 67-square-meter, three-room ground-floor apartment in Scharbeutz invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable vacation.
The boardwalk and the beach are just a few steps away. With two bedrooms and a modern living and dining area, there’s plenty of space here for four people to relax and enjoy themselves. A high chair is also available for our younger guests.

The living area features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is modern and includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and everything you need on vacation. Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and one of them has a flat-screen TV. (Please note that you’ll need to bring your own bed linens; one double bed has separate mattresses, while the other has a single, continuous mattress.) To ensure it isn’t too bright while you sleep, you can darken the windows throughout the apartment with pleated blinds. In addition to its cozy atmosphere and beautiful rain shower, the bathroom also features a hair dryer and a washing machine.

Outside, a lovely south-facing terrace with patio furniture offers the opportunity to barbecue (electric grill provided). You can also relax in a hanging chair, whether indoors or outdoors.

A parking space in the carport is included with the apartment, as is a lockable bike shed that provides ample space for bicycles, SUP or surfboards, or similar items. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

Parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are, of course, available.
