The combined living and dining area was renovated in 2021 and features a cozy couch with a TV, radio, and a small dining area. From here, you can step out onto the beautiful east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

The integrated open kitchenette was redesigned in 2021 and is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

You can park your car in the reserved parking space behind the house, where you can also store your bicycles.
In the courtyard, there is a separate, lockable bike storage room for your e-bikes, where you can also charge the batteries for free.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. There is an elevator in the building.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge (no right to reimbursement in the event of a service interruption).
