This allergy-friendly and tastefully furnished two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor and features a sun-drenched southwest-facing terrace. It was renovated and refurnished in 2024/25.
It can accommodate up to 3 people.
The living/sleeping area features a spring-core sofa bed, which allows for an extra bed for a third person. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player with radio provide entertainment.
The modern built-in kitchen, equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave, makes you want to cook for yourself. The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping surface of 1.80 x 2.0 m (separate mattresses) and a spacious closet provides ample storage.
The spacious southwest-facing terrace, adorned with plenty of green plants, invites you to relax here—and not just in the evenings. Built-in roller shutters are provided for window security and to block out the light. A parking space is available. Pets are not allowed here! This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is included

The invitingly designed spa promenade with its mile-long stretch of dunes, boutiques, restaurants, and cozy cafes is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can park your car in the parking space or in the garage.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
