We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.<br><br>The apartment is located right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.<br><br>This modern two-room apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring a beautiful southwest-facing balcony, is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. <br>It is bright and cheerfully furnished and consists of a living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. <br>The new, high-quality built-in Bulthaupt kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop, and a dining area for four people invites you to enjoy cozy cooking sessions at any time. <br><br>In the tastefully furnished bedroom with a new box-spring bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (single continuous mattress) and a flat-screen TV, you can relax and unwind. <br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower.<br><br>A parking space next to the house and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.<br>An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)<br>Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.<br>The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. <br>Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.<br>Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.<br><br>On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from December 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.<br>Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.<br><br>A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach<br>. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach. <br>On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.<br>You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.<br>A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.<br>There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).<br><br>We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.<br><br>We look forward to seeing you!
