The dining area and the kitchen—which was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and features an induction cooktop, oven, and microwave—round out the living space. The bedroom features a cozy double bed with a full-length mattress and a sleeping area measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m for a restful night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom includes a low-entry shower, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.

A parking space is located behind the house. There is also a bicycle storage room in the building, accessible via a staircase.
