This comfortably furnished two-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the first floor, features a southwest-facing balcony.
The inviting living area, with a comfortable sofa corner, a dining area for two people, and the beautiful southwest-facing balcony with seating, is perfect for total relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and Wi-Fi access enhances this experience.
The open kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.
The newly furnished sleeping area with a double bed (two single mattresses, 2 x 90 x 200 cm) lets you unwind at night.
The bright bathroom with a toilet, shower, ample lighting, and plenty of storage space is also available.

Public washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.

Underground parking space available. (The elevator only goes from the first floor; it does not go down to the underground parking garage).

Pets are not allowed. The distance to the beach is 20 meters.
