This modern 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, newly renovated in November 2023, is located on the first floor of the building, has 55 m² of living space, and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The living area features a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV.
The new built-in kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher.
You can gather around the dining table, which is perfectly positioned in front of the large picture window.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished west-facing balcony, where you can relax after a long day at the beach.
The bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm) and plenty of closet space. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A crib can also be provided.
The shower room is also accessible from the hallway.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for your use for a fee.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. (No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages.)

A parking space is reserved for you at the house.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

A quiet vacation resort near the beach: On the quiet residential street, you’ll find modern 2-room apartments ranging from 45 to 55 m² that accommodate 2 to 4 people. To make you feel right at home, each apartment features either a lovely terrace or a balcony perfect for sunbathing.

In the basement, a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your use. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 meters away. The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and the town center are about a 10–15-minute walk away. Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is characterized by its 12th-century city layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
