The bright and modernly furnished two-room apartment “Oberdeck” is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) in the heart of Niendorf.

With 51 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The spacious, light-filled living area features a sofa bed for one person and a dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. It is furnished in a modern style and equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system.

From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which features a rattan lounge set and an awning.
An elegant kitchenette with a black granite finish leaves nothing to be desired.
The kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop.

The bedroom invites you to dream with its comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, full-length mirror, and blackout blinds.

Except for the bathroom, the apartment features marble-look tile flooring. The naturally lit bathroom, which includes a bathtub with a shower function, is also flooded with light. It offers ample space for shower accessories. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided.
