This lovely studio over top the garage, has a view of Puget Sound. It has a work space, loveseat and private bathroom. Indoor stairs lead up to the unit. This is a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Puget Sound can be seen from the large window. You can go to Redondo Boardwalk and beach just down the hill from us. Outside of commute traffic; Seatac Airport is 25 min drive. Seattle is a 35 min drive. Tacoma is 20 drive.
A train can be taken from Federal Way to the Airport and Seattle. Just down the hill is Redondo Boardwalk on Puget Sound, where sea life can be spotted. There an educational aquarium is open on Saturdays. The light rail runs from SeaTac Airport to Federal Way. A mile from us, there is a grocery store, Starbucks, Mexican Food Truck, Subway, Dash Point Laundromat and gas stations.
The space
Please park in front of the garage on the right. Follow the path on the right side of the house to the door to the unit. You see the overhang of the entrance as you park. It is easy to locate.
Guest access
This is an in a room over top of our garage. It has a private entrance with a digital keypad lock. Stairs lead up to the room.
Other things to note
Transportation: Sound Transit Link Light Rail Train runs from Federal Way Station to north of Seattle. Seattle. Getting off at the downtown station you can walk to Pike Street Market and the Waterfront. If you’d like a fun way to get to the Space Needle at the Seattle Center, take the Monorail. Or park near the Space Needle Seattle Crnter area and take the monorail downtown Seatlke.
Federal Way Link extends the 1 Line to 41 miles in total length, making it the second longest light rail line in the U.S behind Los Angeles’s A Line. Park at the terminal in Fedral Way. From this local terminal, Sea-Tac Airport is a 20 minute trip, the major league sports stadiums is a 43-minute trip, and Downtown Seattle takes about 50 minutes, according to Sound Transit.
